Positive news for one month
Shawn Achor, expert of the positive psychology, writer of the Happiness Advantage book and many others, proposes us to decrease the noise caused by news flood and let’s try to minimize both the amount and the negative news we get.
Individuals who watched just three minutes of negative news in the morning had a whopping 27% greater likelihood of reporting their day as unhappy six to eight hours later compared to the positive condition. That’s why we have posted only positive news on our blog during the month beginning from the Day of Happiness, March 20.
